The current study aimed at developing primary stage pupils' EFL oral communication skills through collaborative online learning (COL). The participants of the study comprised 60 pupils. They were selected at random from sixth year primary pupils enrolled Misr EL-Hura Integrated Official Language School in Kafr El-Mesalha, Menoufia Governorate, during the second semester of the 2020-2021 scholastic year. The participants were divided into an experimental (N=30) and a control one (N=30). The experimental group received oral communication skills by the researcher through collaborative online learning, while the control group received regular instruction. The study adopted the quasi-experimental pre-posttest design. An oral communication skills pre-posttest was prepared by the researcher and administered before and after the treatment. The findings revealed that using collaborative online learning (COL) had a positive effect on developing primary stage pupils' EFL oral communication skills. It is recommended that teachers and curriculum designers pay attention to the importance of collaborative online learning (COL) in EFL teaching and learning.
